Abstract
The study examined cluster mechanisms for improving the efficiency of investment project management in Uzbekistanʼs chemical industry enterprises. The stages of chemical industry cluster formation, their impact on investment processes, and modern project management models were analyzed. Preliminary results of the Navoi, Fergana, and Karakalpakstan chemical technoparks were evaluated. A comparative analysis was conducted within the context of international experience - the Chemelot cluster (Netherlands), NEPIC (United Kingdom), and TEDA (China). A comparative assessment of cluster versus traditional approaches was performed based on return on investment indicators, project completion rates, and cost optimization levels. The findings demonstrated that the application of the cluster approach can increase investment efficiency in the chemical industry by 40-65 percent.
