Abstract
The article presents the results of a comparison and analysis of antibiotics included in register No. 26 (21_12_22)_2023-01-16_13-27-52) of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Studies have shown that antibiotics registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan, which have bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects against pathogens of infectious diseases, are diverse in their mechanism of action and chemical composition, and this makes it possible to carry out effective treatment of infectious diseases.
