MODERN METHODS FOR INJURY PREVENTION DURING JUDO TRAINING

Abstract

This article highlights modern methods for preventing injuries during judo training sessions. It analyzes factors causing injury risk, rational planning of training loads, improvement of technical training, and issues of safe training organization. It also demonstrates the importance of regular monitoring of athletes' health, the effective organization of recovery processes, and the use of modern preventive approaches. The research results are aimed at developing practical recommendations that serve to reduce the risk of injuries in judokas, protect the health of athletes, and increase the effectiveness of training.
