GREEN CAMPUZ ЛОЙИҲАСИДА САЛОҲИЯТНИ ОШИРИШ ВА ЎҚИТИШ (WP4): БАРҚАРОР ОЛИЙ ТАЪЛИМ ТИЗИМИНИ РИВОЖЛАНТИРИШНИНГ КОНЦЕПТУАЛ ВА АМАЛИЙ АСОСЛАРИ

Abstract

This article provides a theoretical and practical analysis of Work Package 4 (WP4) — “Capacity Building and Training” — within the framework of the Erasmus+ CBHE programme under the GreenCamUz project. The study examines the formation of a green campus model in higher education based on the concepts of sustainable development, human capital theory, and the competence-based approach. Furthermore, the significance of training courses, capacity-building activities, pilot projects, and the “Green Campus Ambassador” program is analyzed.
