METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING PHYSICAL FITNESS INDICATORS IN HIGHLY QUALIFIED AMPUTEE FOOTBALL PLAYERS

Abstract
This article presents a scientifically grounded methodology for improving the physical fitness of highly qualified amputee football players. The study examines the biomechanical and physiological characteristics of amputee football, including energy expenditure during crutch-assisted locomotion, balance control, speed, agility, strength endurance, and coordination. Particular attention is paid to integrating specialized physical training exercises into microcycle and mesocycle planning to enhance athletes' functional capacity. The proposed methodology aims to improve speed-strength abilities, anaerobic endurance, movement accuracy, and the effectiveness of technical and tactical performance during competition. The findings provide practical recommendations for designing individualized evidence-based training programs for elite amputee football players.Keywords
